After gaining a PGCE (Secondary Music) at the Institute of Education, UCL, I gained qualified teacher status in 2009 and then I taught for Richmond Music Trust from 2011 to 2014. I have taught piano lessons at a leading boys preparatory school since 2012 and at an independent girls school since 2017. I am on the DBS Update Service and have a clear DBS record. I have taught children and adults from ABRSM Prep Test up to Diploma level, classical and jazz syllabuses. Many of my students do very well in exams but, most importantly, they enjoy learning!
